4060 Regal Commodore 2008

Beautiful and meticulously maintained 4060 Regal Commodore 2008 with hard top, powered by twin Volvo Penta D6-370 IPS 500 pods with approximately 595 hours, joystick and computer controlled docking system. The cockpit has an outstanding layout with an L-shaped aft bench with storage underneath, a starboard side wet bar with updated stainless steel isotherm fridge and mounted flat screen TV, Kenwood speakers, a port side C-shaped lounge with a custom live wood table, a starboard double wide captains seat with flip up bolster, hydraulic engine hatch with controls at both the helm and aft, an easy access manual engine hatch, cockpit heating and A/C, sunbrella canvas and full isinglass enclosure, premium marine mat foam flooring and a well-equipped helm with Raymarine Ray Data, Raymarine radar/GPS, autopilot, Raytheon VHF, electric windlass with a 40lb Kingston anchor, windshield wipers, electric spotlight, a custom vinyl wrapped regal dash and custom helm and joystick covers. The swim platform features a Freedom Lift, premium marine mat foam flooring, underwater LED lighting installed 2022, a hot and cold transom shower, a BBQ and a large transom locker.

Down below features teak and holly flooring in the salon, 6'8" of headroom, a port side galley with an updated stainless steel double door isotherm fridge/ freezer, microwave, three burner stove top and a mounted flat screen TV with satellite and surround sound system. To the starboard there is a dining table and lounge with recliner style foot-rests as well as a bar perfect for entertaining. The vessel also has an 8.5 kW Kohler generator, a 400 W solar power system and a central vacuum.

The forward primary stateroom boats a large island berth with steps up to the bed on both sides, with a custom mattress, under bed storage and hanging cedar lined storage lockers,  mounted flat screen TV and access to the generously sized en-suite head with a vacuflush toilet and an enclosed shower. The second stateroom is midship with two side by side single berths that can convert to a queen bed if required, and a mounted flat screen TV. There is a vanity with sink and a separate enclosed head with shower. Both cabins have separate air conditioners that run off the generator or on shore power.

“Knot Again” has always been kept in indoor heated storage for the winter and has just had a buff, wax and polish done.
